Hi folks
Windows / file explorer doesn't seem to be able to handle even simple searches correctly -- I want to find any outlook.pst files on my computer. Surely ANY search facility on the planet should be able to look for a file name outlook.pst on the computer -- no special sort codes etc needed.

But Windows in its infinite wisdom obviously finds this task impossible. I'm surely not typing i the search argument wrong !!!

Have you tried just using a wildcard?

*.pst

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
something is going bonkers here
Try *.pst instead

Without the asterisk, my did the same... just searched for anything with pst in it.

But with the asterisk it did it correctly...

I'm not sure if it's Paint Shop Pro 7.04 doing it or not.

But just now (for the 1st time EVER), it tried to default the save to F:\ ...and the only thing ever saved in there is bookmarks.html ...which is a direct export from Firefox.

@Bree

Just exported my bookmarks from FF again. Then took a screenshot, cropped it in PSP 7.04, and went to save it, and it wanted to save it F:\Bookmarks.
And the last pic I saved from PSP 7.04 was to the desktop.

The weird part is, that I export the FF bookmarks every time I add one.
And this problem just started when I went to save the pic I attached to this post.

I'm gonna reboot and see if this was just some kind of glitch.

It's still doing it.
