W11 Settings - Subscriptions - takes weeks to update

On a fairly recent clean W11 install I'm seeing an issue I've not seen mentioned before.

Under Settings -> Accounts are shown subscriptions such as 365 and Game Pass but I'm seeing it taking over 3 weeks for the expiry date shown to update after adding time to a subscription. The online account subscriptions page updates immediately, as do apps like the Xbox app, so I assume it isn't affecting when apps think the subs have expired but it's strange.

Is there some reason why this info in settings only updates so very slowly, or a possible fix in case other settings aren't synchronising correctly too (all settings prefs sync options are enabled)?

Subscriptions section pulls data from a local cache and only syncs with Microsoft account periodically. Xbox and such pull live from the cloud so sync is faster. No way to change the Subscriptions sync time between that I know of.
