Wallpaper Options for Primary and Secondary Monitors

Hello Everyone: In Windows 11 is it possible to use a Slideshow for the Background Wallpaper on the Primary Monitor, and set the Background Wallpaper for the Secondary Monitor using a single image? I can't seem to make it work - is there a trick, or if it is a restriction, is there a workaround?

Hi, akn_39, welcome to the ElevenForums

You could try making the slideshow for the main monitor using Windows display settings.
Then add the old display properties settings (Personalise Classic) to your right click context menu and change the background ONLY for the secondary monitors.
I can not guarantee it will work, I have never tried it (I run six monitors and use the old personalise classic settings in the context menu, I find it easier)

There is a reg file, you could just run that, there is also one to remove it.

There are very likely other ways, you’ll have to wait for other opinions

Not natively..., you'd have to use a 3rd party utility.
