Hi I have load it a weather skin in desktop using rainmeter but that’s far I can go

Anyone knows how to set it up step by step. Thanks

May I suggest:

Rainmeter Forums - Index page

forum.rainmeter.net forum.rainmeter.net

Since I don't know which weather skin you are using, it is a bit difficult to help you.
Most of them require Longitude & Latitude coordinates.
Right-click on the skin and select 'settings' if it's there.
