Weird powershell command at W11 start

Hi folks
This thing (powershell command) seems to start automatically -- no idea what it is but it errors out and then on cancel restarts again a few minutes later.

No viruses in system and it doesn't cause any system hangs etc but it's annoying.

Any ideas.

Anything showing in task manager as not running might give a clue.

Enable PowerShell transcript logging, it will record the running script's name. Obviously, GPO isn't available on Home editions.
