This, plus the fact that this place has a lot more activity than the older places. 10F still gets tons of traffic, for sure, but not everyone of the old members there (including me) welcome everyone there anymore. For me, it's simply it was getting too hard to do so, even with my "Welcome since I last posted" method lol.

Usually, when I reply to someone in a topic, and I see that it is their first post, I extend the welcome right there in the post.
