Went from 158gb to 152gb in 1 day, after update I believe and can't reclaim it (it's been about 3 days)
Is this normal? Will I get my storage back soon?

Not enough info - most likely issue is temporary files, particularly restore points (try deleting them).

Did you do a Disk Cleanup run, then another one for system files?

If you are talking about 'Free space' being less then you may be able to recover disk space by resetting the Component store base. I regained 3.5 GB on my DELL laptop and 3.75 GB on my HP device. It is the folder WinSxS that gets reduced in size but do not delete anything yourself. Only use the command below.
Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command: -
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
