What do the red, yellow, and green dots in Bing Chat represent?

When using Bing chat each of it's replies has either a red, yellow, or green dot at the end. It seems to indicate how comfortable it is in answering my queries, but I don't know how it's quantified.

So how does that translate to an AI?

Seems that the dot is just to indicate how many turns the chat has until it reaches the limit. I thought the "# of #" right next to it handled that job on it's own so i didn't think the dot would be related.
