Oaf, thats like me and my assetto corsa mods, currently at 1900+. The game size is a little over 350gb 😂😂 thankfully the content manager has a compression option that brought it down to 200 or so

Have you tried Black Mesa. Its very half life, in fact It seems to be modelled on half life. Steam have it on offer so I got it. Its hard and I am having a rest from it right now.

Black mesa is a 'source' game. It is valve eg steam that make it. Creative collective the studio which also made half life

I generally don't mod things unless theres a need to, Assetto corsa is the main one i've modded for new cars/tracks/graphics engine etc etc. Most other games i leave as in intended unless somethings annoying me or broken in which case hello mods xD

my main modded game is Silent Hunter 4. The basic original had quite a few bugs, but now, with there being dozens of mods/scenarios, it runs really well. I do have a pc problem I am trying to sort, but thats in another thread.

The reason I mod is I got about 200 more games from the original, some short, some long some good some deleted. The version odf Black Mesa I got was the £14.99 one, not the free one hence the superior graphics

SH4 is great. I refused to buy 3 and 5 because they are uboat, and I will NOT shoot my own ships for anyone.

I figure once I play God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn, I'll go for Elden Ring. They'll probably have all the bugs sorted out by then. It might even be reasonably priced!

Agreed. I'm having a blast with it.

Not sure why I couldn't get into it the first time I tried to play it on my PS4, but the PC version sucked me in almost immediately.

I on the other hand am horrible with a controller and prefer PC, KB & Mouse gaming - and thus no Zero Dawn here :(
