What is the difference between Hasleo Backup Suite v.4.9 (free) and Hasleo Disk Clone Professional v. 4.5 (paid) - especially as respects cloning/migrating a system? I could not find a features comparison.

Is it a not so subtle way to advertise their products?

I have not posted that many threads - and none for the same product and I don't own any of their stock nor do I work for them - I am retired. But thanks anyway.

Anyway I am working on several PC projects: one is to make my backup regimen better and two to clone a boot drive that Windows in their infinite wisdom put the primary OS partition in front of the EFI and recovery ones so the 100MB recovery cannot be easily resized upwards. AOMEI, Disk Genius, EaseUS. Hasleo. I am puzzled that most rial backup programs will not clone a drive as that is seemingly the simplest of all backup procedures.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2, and 25H2 on 30th September 2025 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 25H2.

Disk Clone is not an image manager, it neither creates nor restore images. The Backup Suite is better as a backup tool.

Yup, I got/installed Hasleo Disk Clone Professional v4.5 for free from SharewareOnSale but despite a comment that I can drag partitions to where I would like them,, it did not work. I was wondering if the free suite would. I don't care that this Hasleo program does not create, nor resatore images.

In the meantime I discovered the PC I am trying to clone has one of my few lifetime Macrium Reflect 8 installs, so I am trying that.
