Setup.exe from mounted iso of Windows 11, does not execute when tried to run from within external SSD which has already been running installed Windows 11?
After having booted from External SSD having windows 11 installed, setup.exe does not work when I want to update Windows 11 to new build.

I have installed Windows 11 v21H2 OS Build 593, but when I mount iso of Windows 11 of build 613 or 708 ,after running setup.exe as Run as Administrator , I get error as shown in image....
Why does the image show the title bar as 'Windows Server Setup', not 'Windows 11 Setup'? Where did you get this ISO?

having booted from External SSD having windows 11 installed...
Booted from an external SSD, that probably explains your 'You can’t install Windows on a USB flash drive using Setup' message. See if this helps...
