We don't have great Italian food places near us so I make it. Erin loves it and that's all that matters. I miss NJ/NYC.. best Italian food I've ever had came from there

Home made meatloaf is the best! It's very hard to find a good meatloaf at restaurants and diners. I found a recipe for a Cracker Barrel style meatloaf that's really good.

Edit: If you like pork I found that using 50% hamburger and 50% ground sausage is really good.

The first time I tried mixing hamburger with ground sausage was because I didn't have enough hamburger and didn't feel like going to the store. Now I do it with almost all recipes that uses hamburger.
