When I want to comment on Twitter (X), often the reply image jumps and pixels show up.

When I want to comment on Twitter (X), there is often a response, jumps, and pixels appear. These cases can occur when you apply the Edge and Chrome configuration and everything is OK in Opera.
I have Windows 11.
I have a new GEFORCE RTX 3060 graphics card.When playing games or other devices I don't have this type of event.
Can you tell me where the problem is?

The problem may be With X. This happens to me as well using Firefox. They are messing with X-everyone now has a blue check mark if you paid or not.. I use an RTX 2080 Ti.
