When loading into video games, media pauses and my keyboard disconnects and reconnects.

The first problem I have is that the keyboard seems to randomly disconnect whilst I game. This will typically only happen when I'm loaded into a big 3d world. I get a windows notification sound and then the keyboard becomes unresponsive for about half a second to a few seconds. When it's bad it'll happen constantly, making my pc almost unusable, until I close out the game.

The other problem I have is that media, weather it is spotify, a video playing on a browser (tried different browsers and different video streaming websites) it'll pause. To clarify, it doesn't toggle, it's not pausing AND playing, like the spacebar is being pressed for example. It just pauses. I can manually play it again, but it'll usually pause again, after a few seconds, or a few minutes. For some more context, I use a bluetooth headset that is connected via a usb bluetooth dongle. The reason I mention this is because when you disconnect the headset normally, media pauses, but it doesn't play, if you reconnect the headset. So it's behaving as if its randomly disconnecting, which might suggest all usb connections are being affected by the same issue?

These issues seem to get worse at the same time. I'll have a couple of weeks where these issues happen, then it'll be fine for some time.

Things I've tried:
Trying the keyboard in different usb ports, including from both the front of the pc and more directly into the motherboard, replacing the keyboard
updating whatever drivers I could think might cause this
setting pc to factory settings and doing a fresh install of windows 11
unchecking "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for all usb ports that I have this option for
tried different power plans

Is there any history about this computer? Are we to assume the computer in question is the one you have listed in your profile, 'System One'?
Have you just bought it, have you had all the parts from new/used?
Has this issue always been there for you, did it just start recently, have you just changed any hardware?

I'd consider your motherboard BIOS version. It is possible, especially with AMD hardware that your drivers are too new for the BIOS that you have installed.

I would download the AMD X570 chipset drivers directly from AMD support site and install them. It could make a difference. That's after I would install latest BIOS compatible with the CPU.
