This is a silly question, but I am stumped. I have an personal Microsoft 365 subscription. I have 3 devices licensed for Windows - 2 for 11, 1 for 10 (older laptop).
I just created a VM in Parallels, and after logging into my Microsoft account, I rebooted, and I have an activated Windows 10 Pro license that shows up as a device in my account page when I log into Microsoft's account site - I now have 4 licensed Windows devices. Where is that license coming from, and how many do I have? I checked, as far as I can tell no Windows licenses come with Microsoft 365....I don't think I pay anything other than Microsoft 365.
