I always have on hand an ISO of the latest build. For example, my current ISO is 26200.9168. I simply take the most recent ISO that I have from Microsoft and inject the latest updates.

I taught myself how to do this for that very reason - because Microsoft doesn't release the latest build as an ISO for everyone in anything that I would consider a timely fashion. I install Windows multiple times a day and doing an install and then having to perform an upgrade simply takes too long. I can now always install the latest build and go from bare metal to fully installed and configured Windows including all my apps within 30 minutes.
