Why Does My Computer Randomly Shut Off?

Ok, so my Asus Motherboard gives me the Q-code #33. Google says that means issue with RAM Sticks. I went from slot 1 and 3 to slots 2 and 4, but no change. I'm not sure, but I also think my GPU is going bad too. Took me over 30 minutes to do some rearranging inside the computer case just to get the computer to come back on again and show on the screen. The computer would boot just fine. I could hear it, but couldn't see anything.

If you are not prepared to troubleshoot, at the very least look in event viewer to see if there are clues. Also in reliability monitor.

The reliability monitor shows hardware issue, but doesn't say which hardware. As for the troubleshooting, my computer will freeze and shut down during those.

I'm back for this problem. . It never really stopped, but i'm back. . Trying to get Memtest86 to run, but it won't boot from the Flash Drive. . . I have my MBs Legacy set to disabled. . . The thing is, when I created the bootable Flash Drive for Memtest, it created like 2 other partitions on it. . Have no idea why either. . . .

NOTE I've replaced the PSU, and the GPU in the last 3 months or so. I know it's not those. . . I just need to test the Memory, CPU. . . I also think it might be the 3TB WD Red HDD that I have connected. A year or so ago, I ran tests on it, and it showed corrupted/damaged/bad sectors, so that could also be. . I have over 2TB worth of stuff on it that I don't want to lose. .

I ram chkdsk on all drives. No errors, and shows no bad sectors (which I really don't believe that)
