There is no need to hack things if your system is not fully compliant with Windows 11 demands.
You can install Windows 11 with; setup.exe /product server (an old trick that has been there for many years. MS doesn't support this officially)
It will not install a server version of windows, but bypass some requirements like secure boot, TPM 2.0. on older systems.
The RAM requirement must be > 4Gb. If you don't have that at least then your system is ancient. Most systems do have at least 8Gb.

The one thing you can't escape is the CPU requirement. It does not matter if you use this or Rufus; you can't escape it. There is no fix for that.
This could be a reason to stay onto Windows 10. It's now out of support because MS want to push things forwards but you can subscribe to get still updates for this version. You can extend (ESU; Extended Security Updates) it now till 2026 but in reality you can do this till 2028. In America you have to subscribe to that extra service. In Europa not. (Laws a different here) On my old PC with Windows 10 I still receive updates on a regular basis. (No builds because 23H2)

The main reason I bought a compliant motherboard for my new system was not only Windows 11 but the advancement in tech stuff like DDR5, more NVMe capability on the motherboard (4x) a moderne and faster CPU with more cores, a RTX graphic card, USB 3.2 capability's etc. I started with a RTX card to upgrade my older system. (Had an older GTX1080) Video's on YT said I could do it without any problems. But in reality I got blue screens..... My old system was at the the time completely upgraded in 2015. It was now 2023. Time to get some new stuff that would last for the next 8 years. (Because an PC you can upgrade any component during that time. Never bought a complete system.)

To spare you the technical details, if your computer is 64-bit but doesn't support SSE4.2 (check with CPU-Z), you can install Windows 11 23H2 maximum or Windows 10 22H2 64-bit. If it supports SSE4.2, you can install Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2. As long as you bypass compatibility check, there is no need for TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, not even UEFI.
