Widgets have moved to the right!

Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (RP channel)
Just done a restart and now the weather is near the system tray and the widgets board opens on the right of the screen.

Is this new in the latest update?
The weather has more detail now though, instead of just the temperature it now shows the conditions (cloudy)

Apparently Windows started doing this with the below linked KB Update in 23H2

There are Vivetool work arounds mentioned in the forum.

vivetool /disable /id:48660958 /priority:service /store:both

or this:

vivetool /disable /id:48660958,48468527,48468541

Might do it.

Brian, I was reading that with the 24H2 update, Microsoft may be enabling you to load the weather widget only, on it’s own on both the taskbar and locked screen. Have they done it yet that you can see?

I have other pinned widgets which I could unpin. I guess I could personalise the feed to remove other stuff
