Wifi disconnecting, help please

My WIFI keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly and it's something to do with my laptop because no one else in my house is having the same problems. I've tried reinstalling my drivers, resetting my network, using cmd prompt, nothings been working, please help

Untick the box in adaptor power options - see if that helps.

Ok after a while I managed to get the power management tab and I turned off and WIFI is still disconnecting and reconnecting on ansad noises.pngd off.

Go directly to Intel's site and download latest driver, not from Windows Update.


If you cannot download the driver from your laptop, use another computer and save it on a USB flash drive.

Are you connected to external monitor via USB-C dongle to HDMI?

Mine faces random drop in wifi connectivity/no connection when the dongle is plugged in.

Connection is immediately established when I unplugged the dongle. No issue when connected directly via HDMI port.
