Solved Win 11 Explorer on my desktop does not always show Laptop Win 10 on my private network.

When I open up and run explorer on my desktop ( Win 11) it would not always show my Laptop (Win 10) as a connected device under NETWORK set to private.
Sometimes it would and most annoyingly randomly it would not. So I went into Services and discovered that Function Discovery Provider Host and the Function Discovery Resource Publication items were set to Manual. I changed this to run Automatic and it appears to have solved this problem.

    Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, no SSE4.2, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.
