Hi,

maybe im dumb, or MS gives a rubbish about Testing (i know, i know).

I install an en-US Image and implement the Client Language Basic and the Other Pack ive found in the FoDLIP Pack....
its german.... sometimes...
i Have my "Startmenü" but i have the "search bar", and i have my "Benachrichtigungen" but with customize Notification bar.
Also on right click on "Einstellungen" on Taskbar (right click) all the Settings are in English.....not in German :D

and please, ive read the "Solution from MS"...who told the Dutch Collegue.. just install the correct Image for Dutch -> Install Dutch.....
Why LP ?

i dont want to deploy 5 images on my SCCM just for the different languages......
or is it the new Meta ?

P.S. ive tested it on FoD with Notepad (dang.....) so Notepad is German..... wth i need to install or dism into the images for that ? :D which FoD is for the "Settings Menue" ? :D and this is just an example.

Unless you clearly list the exact steps you have tried, members are going to suggest things you may have tried already. Like me perhaps.

  • Remove then re-add the German pack. Reboot, see if it has changed.

  • There is a possibility that your user profile may be corrupt. You could try temporarily adding a new user account to see if Windows has properly instigated the language pack for the new account.


When trying solution's from members, try one at a time with reboots in between. Otherwise if successful, you wont know which method worked for you (if any)
