Ok, first things first... here is the link to the PC Health Check Tool
www.elevenforum.com
I have a new computer, yet I failed the check. The main reason i failed was that I installed Windows 10 in a strange way.
No EFI or Recovery partitions, and on an MBR disk. (The MBR disk was not the problem)

First thing I did was go to the Advanced tab in the BIOS and "enable" AMD CPU fTPM (firmware TPM)
This should have fixed things, but it didn't. It does need to be enabled though.

The problem I was having was with some settings on the Boot tab, in the BIOS.
I "enabled" Secure Boot, and left it set on Other OS. In my case, Other OS or Windows UEFI... didn't matter.
Then I checked the CSM settings....

I had CSM enabled, but I had Boot Device Control set to (Legacy OPROM only).
It needed to be set to UEFI or UEFI and Legacy OPROM.
However... in my case, I had installed Windows 10 with it set to Legacy OPROM only.
Anyway, once I changed it to UEFI only... Windows wouldn't boot. So....
...I whipped out my Macrium Reflect Rescue Media USB stick, and booted from that.
Then I used the wonderful "Fix Boot Problems" tool.
This ran, and then I rebooted and entered the BIOS again. Now I had a new entry on the Boot tab, under the Boot Priorities heading.
Previously, under Boot Priorities, I had my Optical drive first, and my SSD with Windows, second.
Now though, I saw Windows Boot Manager, in the first slot, and my SSD in the second slot.
[Folks that install Win 10 normally, have probably always had the Windows Boot Manager]

So... I booted... into Windows, and ran the PC Health Check app again... this time, I passed with flying colors.

This has been a public service announcement. :)
