WIN 26H1 28020.2380 will not install WSL -- cannot find required msi file on hp laptop 17-cp3xxx . Need to make WSL work or I need to learn how to do a true dual boot as on all my half-dozen desktops and laptops.

- This is stock Dell 7720. Only thing not stock is that it is dual boot with Ubuntu Unity 25.04 and SSD has two exFAT partitions for my files. They can be accessed by both Ubuntu and Win software.
