I have had this issue for a while, months, I think it started with 24h2 but I am not entirely sure.
Let's say I download a zipped folder, I unzip it and delete the zipped folder. It doesn't disappear, it might do after some waiting, but it is quicker to click onto another folder (in the quick selection on the left) and then back to the download folder. It refreshes the folder and then the zipped folder is gone.
Or sometimes I paste a file somewhere, and it gets stuck on the transfer at 99%, for like 20 seconds, then completes.
I have 2 Samsung 990 pro drives, so speed shouldnt be an issue, it should be instant when i delete files, and sometimes it is, but often it is not.
On top of that, but probably unrelated, I use the Chrome browser and on occasion when I watch a video in one tap, and have another tap open (in separate window) the video will freeze, and only when I physically move that tap (with the video playing) it unfreezes chrome. I thought this was caused by Nvidia drivers and 24H2, but it has been so long now that I am starting to wonder if this will ever get fixed by Microsoft/Nvidia or if this is a specific issue for me.
Any idea what it could be ?
I am on the latest version of Win11.
In the "Reliability Monitor" there don't seem to be any issues apart from the "Game Bar stopped working" but that last happened a week ago and I believe I might have solved by using Powershell commands to re-install gamebar.
