I am wanting to know if there was any way possible to have the computer boot up to the "login screen" and it has you choose which OS you want to boot into. Something like this. I don't like the default Dual Boot Windows selection screen cuz it only lasts for 30 seconds. I also want to be able just to "Log-out" and then it takes you back to the login screen but instead you choose an OS to boot in to (I don't password protect my PC, cuz i'm the only one using it).

AFAICT, Windows machines don't have an EFI-type boot screen like Macs, unless you use a 3rd party bootloader?

I do remember using rEFIt (later reborn as rEFInd) when I had to have a lab full of Macs that needed to dual-boot both MacOS and Windows 7. Those were awesome - the user just picked the right icon (made it very obvious one was Mac and one was Windows) and poof, they had their OS of choice.

It would be interesting to see if this ever makes it to Windows - it was an awesome feature of MacOS.
