Windows 11 23H2 login window messed up

Hey!

I have a couple of HP AIO with Windows 11 23H2. Sometimes the login screen gets messed up like in the attached picture. Only way to get around it, is with a hard reset.

Anyone seen this before, and have any idea how it occurs?
