I agree -- I've no solution for that though -- I'm sure others will have one though.That's OK for a clean install, but no use for an in-place upgrade.
I successfully upgraded my unsupported System Two yesterday (1st gen i5, Legacy bios, TPM1.2). The trick was to make hybrid install media, a 23H2 install usb with its sources\install.esd (or .wim) replaced by the one for 24H2. Then all the known workarounds for 23H2 will still work.
