Because USB was corrupted so had to reformat with MS WIn 11 installation.

Before you were giving us error message when booting from USB and asking us why there is two sandisk at BIOS boot menu.

Is windows set up different than bootable USB? I have bootable Windows 11 USB is created below steps

It gave me an option to repair existing installation but it says it cannot repair the Windows.

OK I did that in past and followed the steps and it said cannot repair windows. Then it give me option to 'Advanced repair" which brings 2 option - troubleshoot or reset PC. Under troubleshot there are 6 options such as start up repair, system image recovery, restore point (don't remember the name), uninstall updates and command prompt. None of those option works except command prompt from where I'm using diskpart command now

I would reinstall Windows. At any stage, you can ask for help. You should be able to keep your personal files but you seem to have your stuff on different drives to Windows, is that correct?

I have space in C drive (which is D drive in disk part see below)...

Yes I keep stuff on diff drives then windows.. Reinstalling means I have to reinstall all the apps and programs :-(

Nothing can be done? why does BCD is not getting generated? It says the boot files are saved but yet the PC doesn't boot?
