Windows 11 - DNS stops working

Windows 11
I have Windows 11 pro with all updates. The problem is my DNS stops working sometimes after a day or hours. Rebooting will clear it but that is annoying.

1. Ping and Tracert to 8.8.8.8 and other addresses works fine so I know it is not an IP problem.
2. Resetting the Ethernet Adapter does not do it. The built in Windows tests in Edge say everything is fine.
3. My PC has working Wifi so turning off the Ethernet adapter and turning on WiFi will not get DNS working.

I was a PC tech years ago and did a lot of troubleshooting IP issues but don't have any idea of what else to do.

Any suggestions?

Try this troubleshooting tool - rather old, but Windows works pretty much the same:

Try clearing the dns cache to see if it makes a difference..
search for "Command Prompt," right-click it, and select "Run as administrator" to open it. In the Command Prompt, type
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter. You will receive a confirmation message stating that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed

So I did find another post with the same problem. My computer will work fine for a day and then it happens.
It turns out something else is grabbing DNS port 53. So what is the software that would show me the culprit?

You can try Preferred DNS 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS 8.8.4.4 thats what I'm using.
