I googled it, Windows 11 will hobble gaming performance by default on some prebuilt PCsGot a link to verify that claim?
Only effects off the shelf new PCs allegedly, you can turn off the memory protection anyway and if enabled by default on OEM machines, it seems the only issue would be turning it off in settings? That's if OEMS selling gaming PCs even enable it in the first place as it's intended for corporate environments and maybe the security obsessed user.
Slightly different take on it here Microsoft VBS apparently cripples gaming performance in Windows 11 even on supported CPUs
