Windows 11 Event Warnings 200, 202

After upgrading to Windows 11 I get these events in every startup. I tried all solutions found from W10 and none helped.

200
A connection to the Windows Update service could not be established.
202
The Network List Manager reports no connectivity to the internet.

Anyone else with the same errors who managed to fix them?

How did you install 11? And is your device compliant with the new requirements?

And can you supply a screenshot?

I upgraded inside Windows 10 Pro. No it's not compliant. CPU i7 3770k with no TPM. But I don't think that these errors are related to this.
