Hello,

I've been looking for a solution to my Windows 11 problem for two days now. After some update, after booting the system, the screen starts flashing. However, it is not a flashing of the matrix itself and it looks like some process is whisking and standing up. In any case, nothing can be done on the comp, the failure mode is the same, uninstalling the update did not help in any of these cases. After booting, the only thing you can do is enter the task manager, which is probably the only thing that doesn't shut down. Does anyone have any idea how to resuscitate it? Because reinstalling the acct on this computer is a morass (a dozen paid programs that require activation of which two have already disappeared from the market). In task manager, windows explorer service turns on and off within one second. HELP!

Hi,

While I am not entirely sure what "whisking" is, in context of the question, I can suggest that your issue with your computer sounds like a graphics driver problem. To see if this is true, you could perform a Safe Boot, and see if the issue persists.

Use either Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking.
