I'm not a gamer but according to THIS ARTICLE currently running Android apps and games is available only if you are on the insider beta build 22000.282 or higher. It would seem that this feature is in development and not exactly stable yet.

As far as key mapping, I believe that can be done using power toys New Microsoft PowerToys version 0.49.1 for Windows 10 and Windows 11
