Windows 11 not showing lockscreen from windows spotlight

Windows 11 Pro
I changed windows 11 spotlight lockscreen settings to Picture and then back to windows spotlight but it doesn't show windows spotlight and shows a defualt lockscreen image.

When choosing lockscreen as windows spitlight it should change into a windows spotlight image but that's not happening.
How can I enable this back? I restart PC and still doesnt change.
Current Windows Version 23H2 OS Build 22631.3155

I've had the same issue.

The problem resolved itself automatically after a few days.

I still find that the images don't switch out very often. One may stay for days.

May I suggest Dynamic Theme from the Windows Store?
Really good App. Much better than the Windows interface.

The pictures from Windows Spotlight are more quality than Dynamic Theme.
They are 900KB+.
Dynamic Theme 300KB+.

Spotlight is bug prone so I use Dynamic Theme set to display a daily Bing photo.

Oddly Dynamic Theme displays in high resolution on my 2560 x 1440 pixel monitor
