First Of the Matter some reason Windows 11 Teams chat won't properly setup

Not sure if related to me using Uncle Carey's Windows 10 Optimizer on Windows 11

Message get from the little app, We've ran into an issue, try again, No Teams listed in Add/Remove programs area at all, If i download little applet from Teams site, and attempt to install that gives following Message:

App installation failed with error message: Windows cannot install package MicrosoftTeams_21323.200.1078.109_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe to volume E: with media ID {20202020-5720-2D44-26E0-9A7AD1244026} because the volume is offline. (0x80073d0d)

Did Remove the former WD Black 1TB, and make formely External WD Black from it's External enclosure to Internal drive, could that be the cause? should i convert this WD Black 4Tb to external again, and reinstall WD Black 1TB and Restore the Image from Macirum via the Rescue media this time?

Last topic i'll try to get opinion or solution on this matter once and for all

Restore the Image from Macirum via the Rescue media this time?
I am somewhat confused. Are you saying you originally had 1tb drive as C drive. You then removed 4 tb drive from enclosure and made it your internal C drive. Afterward you used your 1 tb drive in the enclosure and made it external. I am assuming you cloned the 1 tb drive to the 4 tb drive rather than restoring your image in the first place. Is all that correct? Prior to moving the disks around had you changed the default location of windows apps to on a partition other than your C partition because it seems that your Windows apps default location volume ids do not match. If that is what's happened, then I believe your other stores apps are affected as well. You might check if that is true.
If so, then this link and its solution may help you.

Yes, you can restore the backup and you can restore it to the 4 tb drive. If there needs to be any adjustment in the size of the partitions on the destination disk, during the restore process you can adjust the size of the partitions by dragging the slider. You drag and drop each partition from the source into the newly resized partitions. Restore Partitions with Resize and Reorder. However, if your Windows apps default location was changed prior to when you made that backup, the Teams issue will still be present. If there had been no change in the Windows apps default location when you made that backup, then restoring the backup will fix your problem.

I don't know anything about Uncle Cary's Optimizer, but it appears to be a portable app. I don't think it has anything to do with the disk volume issue. But if you're in doubt reverse its actions.

C:\ is Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB

Old Storage was 1TB WD Black Hard drive (before i added the Game SSD, Games and alot of files was stored on that)

Added Samsung 860 Evo as Game SSD at same time i added 4TB Storage drive many months ago, Though not using too much space on the Storage drive so far

Set Storage sense to store Windows apps on Storage drive, thinking it would help prevent writes to the NvME SSD, not knowing it would screw up Apps, and such, but found that out now for sure

((I Sense set Windows Apps to be saved onto C:\, and not installing too many these days)

Just imaged the 1TB drive, then restored it on the 4TB Drive with Macrium Reflect in Windows 11 Pro x64 bit

I know sorta confusing even for me lol, but i think it's more clear in this post now or i hope

**Issue solved with Help from your link posted above** Windows App back on Default C Drive as well
Now time for bed!
