Solved Windows 11 "Pause update"> "Pause for 1 week" button is disabled

Yesterday, i was trying to update Windows 11 to the latest Div update, and suddenly this button got disabled, and now i cant enable it to update my Windows. Here is what i am seeing:

You have "Get the latest updates...." switched 'On'. Seems logical to me that this will disable "Pause updates" because they counteract each other. Try switching it 'Off'.

Does the 'thumbs up' mean that you have switched Off "Get the latest updates..." and it is fixed now?

Edit: I didn't see the bat file worked" post.

no you solution didn't work for me. this link contain a bat file to Reset_Reregister_Windows_Update_Components_for_Windows11.bat that i used to solve my problem.
