Windows 11 preview 23580.1000 update fails with Install error - 0xc0000005

Windows 11 22h2 OS Build 23570.1000

The update downloads as expected, then install starts. It gets to 35% and fails with Install error - 0xc0000005

I went to the Windows download area and there is no 23580.1000 ISO file to download (unless I went to the wrong place).

The 0xc0000005 error code could be caused by a corrupt registry, malware, installed or updated software or even Windows security features.

I've had success in the past in going to the Microsoft Update Catalog and doing a Search for the Knowledge Base involved, e.g. KB502xxxx, then downloading the proper one.

MS does not always release an. iso file with each build.
In order to get an .iso, you will need to go here:
uupdump.net

UUP dump

UUP dump lets you download Unified Update Platform files, like Windows Insider updates, directly from Windows Update.
uupdump.net
Please follow @FreeBooter 's advice first though.
