WIndows 11 should disabled too much virtual memory for conventional magnetic hard disk if RAM more than 128Gb for faster loading of windows 11

+ the default virtual memory set to 800Mb if RAM not than 64Mb rather than set virtual memory to 2660Mb that slow down the conventional hard disk loading time.

+ processor manufacturer should do some tweaking on windows using ARM like architecture inside hardware for windows common functions to expedite the loading of typical functions gadget bar faster loading + ease of functionality to access any apps and system applications

There are ARM computers and Operating Systems for them, just have to buy the right things needed for the use/purpose whether running Windows or Linux.

As for speed, an HDD is electro-mechanical, has a motor spinning disks. It has to have a bit of time to get those disks up to operating speed in addition to moving the arms holding the read/write heads to read the disk/s to find data to run. Defragmenting the HDDs can improve speeds [now called Optimizing for the newer drives].

then you can change the default value of VM or relocate the VM to another drive up to and including a RAMdisk.
this can be done on any system up to and including ARM architecture.
