Solved Windows 11 Snap Layouts Bug?

My HP Omen 17 only shows two snapping options available.

1. How do I get it show more options under the windows maximize button? I'm pretty sure this might be a bug because my other laptop has more options. Both are 1920x1080 screen resolution.

2. I also cannot snap to any of the 4 corners when dragging with mouse. I tried dragging but it only allows left or right side of screen. Win+Arrow keys causes the same results too.

I have PowerToy's FancyZones, but I prefer to create "different" zones not shown in the picture.. Hopefully there's a Regedit fix or something.

SOLVED: It seems the ExplorerPatcher was causing the problem. Changed to StartAllBack and see how it goes.
