Windows 11 spotlight on lockscreen not working. Did I screw it up? Please help.

I'm not a computer genius or a novice but this is driving me nuts. Recently I posted because spotlight was not changing images on the desktop or the lockscreen. I did all the stuff people said to and anyway they both started working again. Lately my desktop changes everyday which is great but I realized the lockscreen hadnt changed at all. So I found a guide on how to delete the cache and did it and all the other fixes and now my desktop still shows images but the lockscreen is black. Even though it still has the little icon in the top right that when you hover over it, it says like this image? and it has a brief description of what the image is supposed to be however the screen is black. In the pesonalization settings for lockscreen when set to spotlight it just shows a grey screen. It's a lenovo ideapad 1 with windows 11 only a few months old. Heres a screenshot. I know its not a big deal but I want my brand new computer to work right. I'm homeless and it's the only nice thing I own.

I don't know how many times I've fixed the Windows Spotlight Lock Screen on my computers.

The first step in this article works until next time it breaks. There is also a second PowerShell step, but I don't use it. The article advises to make backups before deleting some files, but I don't bother.

it says my computer doesnt have an app to open those links. don't remember what i did before. my desktop changes pictures everyday but the stupid lock screen has probably had the same picture for a month. in the run box, those links you provided it says your pc doesnt have an app that can open this link. i have to download an app to open a link???

The instructions work for Windows 11.
If you don't have a browser associated with the above link that I posted, you need to associate it. You have more than one issue.

so i just did the first one. it brings up a list of about ten random files. i delete those? i'm not super techy just a casual pc user. and thanks too :)

Delete them. They'll go to the Recycle Bin. You won't need them again. They'll be recreated.
Did you change your Lock Screen settings to something other than Windows Spotlight?

After you've deleted the files in the two folders, change your Windows Lock Screen setting back to Windows Spotlight. It sometimes takes a few minutes to come good. Alternatively, you can reboot.

i think last time i did all that stuff but then spotlight stopped working altogether for like a week. My regular desktop changes regularly but the lock screen isn't changing. i don't like the boring default pictures

i don't know how to add to desktop, unblock, unzip, etc. i downloaded it and opened it and let it do the command prompt. does that work?

what services need to run for windows 11 spotlight ?
I think that a service is not running, if I switch to picture after switching to spotlight, it can be seen that something is moving in the background, I think that something is blocking the spotlight for the background!
It works on the lock screen!
