What is the difference between an 'Update Stack Package' (eg Update Stack Package 1023.308.3012.0 for Windows 11) and a 'Servicing Stack Update' (eg Servicing Stack Update 10.0.22621.1344)?

That's pretty much it and simpler said than MS:
Servicing stack updates packages improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential
issues while installing the latest quality updates and feature updates.
Update Stack Package will help ensure that your PC has the highest likelihood
of successfully installing new updates with the best and least disruptive experience available.

As long as they install OK without issues at my unsupported computers, fix bugs and add more features, I don't care how they are called. They could have been "Guru Meditations" (remember Amiga?)

Not only do I remember Amiga, but I also remember Altair 8800 which was about $300 - a fortune at the time (mid 70s) -
I worked my whole summer at my uncle's store to get it . I wasn't paying for living expenses then as I was 13!
