Hey guys;
I have the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, which are multipoint capable, but the feature doesn't work very well when Windows 11 is the 2nd pairing.
Once I enable Bluetooth on the Windows PC (Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus WiFi with AMD Ryzen 7 processor), I can no longer hear music or other audio playing on my phone (Google Pixel 6 Android 14).
I have been having trouble with pairing to the Windows 11 PC while paired with the phone for quite some time, but I always assumed it was a Sony issue.
Now, I am not even able to listen to music on the phone once I have the headphones paired with the Windows PC.
I tried doing a factory reset on the WH-1000XM5's but it didn't change anything.
I also tried removing and reinstalling the Windows Bluetooth drivers - also no change.
Unfortunately, I don't have another pair of headphones that have multipoint capability, or I would try a different Bluetooth device.
I would appreciate any ideas/suggestions on this frustrating issue.
Thanks
