Windows 11 takes long to boot

24H2 is not as equal as 23H2 , lots of differences in several ways ................
Install latest versions of the above non-system apps. Don't see other potential issues in that regard.

...I clean installed Windows 11 two years ago and have installed all upgrades and that's what's be done to the system...

I would have made an image of the current OS and then performed a clean install of Win 11 to see if the clean install behaves the same. If not, just re-image the computer again to be back with the "old" OS again.

By doing this one can see very fast if the issue lies in the current OS install or not. I think you will see normal boot times with the clean install and most of the time it is faster to start all over with the clean install than hunting errors for weeks or months, if one ever find them.

Lycka till!

would autologon, be an option to fast logon to your pc? Autologon - Sysinternals
Then you don't need to enter the code.
Tried already .............indeed, no pass/pin enabled , but.............bootime increased from 20 to 70 seconds !!
Also Open-Shell did not started ............:(

If safe mode is still slow to boot, then it's unlikely to be windows or software related.

Try updating your bios, and ensuring that the drive is not dying.

Try another drive and install windows and boot from it with your current drive disconnected.

Thats a hard drive. Not an ssd. 7200rpm. But it looks fine.

You should not be using a hard drive as your main system drive. Should be an ssd. Hard drives should be for storage only.

A hard drive will be very slow to run windows on.

Show me the C drive on the left. That should be where windows is installed. Hopefully that's an actual ssd and not a hard drive. But that looks fine based on the blue circle.

Also, boot times can significantly increase when lots of storage drives are connected. Make sure to remove all drives under boot devices in the bios other than your drive windows is on.

All drivers are updated, BIOS and chipset drivers. Is it possible that the system is going through the other three hard drives checking for errors?

Not exactly looking for errors, but spinning up the drives looking for a windows install. So it is important to just remove all boot devices in the bios other than just the main ssd. On your motherboard its under boot priority on the right. Ensure your ssd with windows is the first on the list.

@hcccs I assume you are booting from the SSD. Over time the capacitive charge of the cells, that contain data, loose some charge. This results in slower read times, and could be contributing to your slow boot time. See this discussion for more detail.

One way of "refreshing" the boot drive would be to make a system image, delete the partition, and then restore the image. This will essentially perform a write on those cells that have not changed since the previous install. This process avoids the requirement to do a reinstall of your apps after a complete reinstall.

Not exactly looking for errors, but spinning up the drives looking for a windows install. So it is important to just remove all boot devices in the bios other than just the main ssd. On your motherboard its under boot priority on the right. Ensure your ssd with windows is the first on the list.
Apart from the SSD system disc I have 3 x 2TB Seagate drives which I bought used when I built my system two years ago. I now tested to set all three Offline and rebooted and as I suspected, the boot time from Beep to login screen came down to 20 seconds. When set the first disc Online again it took 30 seconds for it to appear in Explorer file list. Maybe you can see from the CrystalDiscInfo clip whether my disc needs replacing?
