Windows 11 Update That Continues to Fail

I have Windows 11 trying to download and install update "Windows11, version 25H2 (0X80246019)". The problem is that this update has already been installed.
However it keeps trying to download and install and fails. The update is listed in the update history. I tried "Windows Troubleshoot" which could not resolve the
probem. I tried "show and hide", which does not show the update as pending since it is already installed and therefore the program feels there is no update to
hide. I am not tech savy. Is there a solution?

You give no update number. Are you referring to KB5054156, the 25h2 enablement package?

Would you please open a command prompt and type winver and post a screenshot

I suggest you post a screenshot of the WIndows update dialog [that shows the list of updates] so everybody can see what's going on.
Do crop the screenshot before posting so that only the dialog itself is shown without including blank or irrelevant areas of the screen.
