Solved Windows 11 update

I can not install this update: 2026-02 Security Update (KB5077181) (26200.7840) and get this error message: 0x800f0983. The installation procedure stops at some 60%.
Am I the only one?

There is little to no impatience as within 6 to 8 hours it has completed.

I think I'm not understanding you correctly. I have never had to wait 6 to 8 hours to do a upgrade repair.
