No access to my own machines

I have this Win11 machine that I'm on (Dell i7 32 Gigs ram), a win 7 box and a Win10 laptop. The Win 11 machine is inaccessible to and from any other machine on my network. I can see machine icons in Network Neighborhood and some icons inside those folders but get the 'Inaccessible' error. No trouble getting online. I've created the same user on the laptop and the Win 11 machine with the same credentials, and I don't even get to a login screen, the machine is "Inaccessible". I've been through the recommendations; disable firewalls, File and Print sharing enabled, don't require a password to log on, Private network, They're all in the same workgroup. I just created a new Administrator account. I logged in and got the same error connecting to the laptop. It's a mystery. I come in every once in a while and bang on it for a couple of hours, but it would be nice to use this machine. And thank you, whomever may have figured this out.
