Where can i get a clean safe copy of 23h2 please?

You can get it from UUP DUMP

Step-by-Step
  1. Open the UUP dump website and select the Windows version/build you want.
  2. Choose your language from the language list (for example, English (United States)).
  3. Select the desired edition (Home, Pro, Education, etc.) and click Next.
  4. In the download options, keep “Download and convert to ISO” selected and choose “Include updates”.
  5. Click Create download package and extract the downloaded ZIP file.
  6. Open the extracted folder and run:
    • uup_download_windows.cmd on Windows.
  7. A Command Prompt window will open and automatically:
    • Download the required files.
    • Convert them into a Windows ISO.
    • Save the ISO in the same folder when finished.
  8. When the script completes, press 0 to exit if prompted.
The generated ISO can then be used for installation, upgrades, or creating a bootable USB drive.
