ACTUAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WINDOWS 10/11 BUILDS

Hi all
As everyone knows there are many types of windows 11 insider builds (all in pro versions )- 26100, 26200,26300,28000... etc and in Windows 10 as well
I want to know the differences in between them , in there latest versions like after september 2026 this year

:-

1- What major graphical user interface (GUI) difference are there between each build
2- How much ram usage with free ram and processes are running after ur complete installations
3- What is the lowest or oldest system specs workable with current builds
4- What might b the highest configuration on which the windows 11 is running with zero issues
5- What GUI changing applications everyone is using example startallback,windhawk,openshell , etc...
6- Does without using secureboot (with and without ) on supporting systems have any issues
7- Best browser to use with addons like adblocking , vpns etc. and what these addons (free/paid/modded) r recommended.
8- Is there any heating relarted issues differences between each build
9- Why is that in all the recenct builld from past few months many questions r in relation to dism commands line like scanhealth and all
10- What vivetool commands r applicable for the recent builds with their numbers, effects in detail and if possible their scripts or reg files available.
11- Where does or doesnt dark mode works
12- Are the any transformation packs available for windows 8.1 full screen tiles system or for startmenu
13- What r the good changes or new options in settings created or transferred from control panel
14- Any new good games for pc with low system configuartion offline version under 20GB after installaion recommended
15- Any antivirus recommendations too if anyone using otherthan malwarebytes or windows defender for normal user.

If someone wants to try all features available in all builds is there any concept/toggle for that? like vivetool,reg,Group policy edit etc...

Like these there r many doubts but lets start with these first
