Windows 11 wont update to latest version of the MicroSoft $tore

I installed windows 11 from the iso MS released
I have since been unable to update to the latest version of the Microsoft app store.
It has been updated but not to the latest new version
I am currently on 12107.1001.15.0
the new build says there is a new version of the win 11 app store aka MS Store

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15.6"

I have gone to setting of the Microsoft App Store and
Terminate
Reset
Repair

and it will not update to the new store for Microsoft.
